A mathematical optimizer calculates the schedule using your production rules and priorities. You can ask Lucie for changes in plain language; its AI agents run the optimizer and explain the proposed plan.
No. You keep your ERP. Lucie uses your production data to calculate schedules, and we can connect the two systems to exchange data and approved plans. We agree what the integration covers with your team and quote it separately.
Implementation takes 4–6 weeks from contract signature. We review your process, configure Lucie using your existing data exports and test schedules with your planners before go-live. Implementation has a one-time fee: 50% at kickoff and 50% at day-45 approval. ERP integration is quoted separately.
You pay a subscription per plant, with unlimited users. The base includes the optimizer, advanced production constraints and KPIs. Implementation, extra modules and ERP integration are priced separately. Subscription billing starts at full go-live. If you terminate within 45 days of full go-live under the guarantee, we refund all recurring payments for the base and active modules. The implementation fee is not refundable, and its second installment is not invoiced if you terminate under the guarantee. Contact us for a quote.
You control what each role can do: view or edit data, submit plans, approve plans and manage users. Planners can submit a plan without being able to approve it. We can review your security requirements with your team.
Yes, if their permissions allow it. Planners can review and edit the schedule, then submit it for approval. Only people with approval permission can approve a plan.
